The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in RUHS college of Dental Sciences has Under graduate & post graduate clinic.

Out Patient services

OPD is located in the U.G clinic and functions 7 days a week. Patients attending the OPD are seen by faculty members and are given appointment for detailed assessment and treatment. Emergency procedures are done as soon as the patient reports to department OPD.

Operating Theatre

Treatment of Patients with Maxillofacial trauma, pathologies that can not be treated under Local anaesthesia are operated under general anaesthesia here.

In Patient services

The department has general male and female ward as well as an I.C.U. for pre and post operative care of the patients.

Academic Programs

The core strength of the department has been the presence of excellent clinical teachers and robust academic program. Currently the department offers the following courses.
• Under graduate – 3rd BDS & Final BDS
• Post graduate – MDS.
